Henry J. Holland is a writer of fiction who lives in South Africa. He is married to a biologist, Alex, who studies Caddisflies. They have a son, Thomas, who bests his father in any and all video games. There are also six cats on the property.

Henry has a Master’s degree in Geology which he uses: never. There was a time he made money (not much) conducting visual impact assessments for environmental organisations, but he now classifies himself as ‘perennially short on cash’.

His writing genre tends towards Science Fiction, but his reading may occasionally wander off into more uncharted territories. Ask him if he knows what that means.
